A few weekends ago, My mom and Grandma came to visit for a couple of days. It was Avery's first time to meet one of her Great Grandma's! We had such a great time hanging out with them. They are both such troopers, they have been all over the place the last few weeks ( Connecticut, NYC, Durango, and the Springs). And considering my mom is just 12 weeks out of her double knee replacement surgery, she has been so strong with all this traveling!
While they were here, we enjoyed a couple of very nice dinners and made a trip down to Peterson Air Force Base. Grandma really wanted to go to the Commissary and BX in order to us with some necessities, like diapers for Avery! That was so nice of her! We also made a quick trip to the Air Force Academy to check out the gift store. Avery really loved meeting her GiGi for the first time!
