First day of Pre-K!

Once again, we are involved with a pre-school coop that has been such a blessing to us! This year it's a much smaller group of Mom's with 18 students in the two classes.  Each Mom commits to teaching a certain amount throughout the year; it works out really nicely! Avery is very social and loves to be out and about, so it was definitely time to start school again. Now she can plan (and by calling her a planner, that's probably an understatement) on going to school two mornings a week! I teach the second session, so it will be fun to see how she and some of the returning kids have grown in just one year. She is thrilled to be able to say she is now in the "4-year old class". That's big time!

"I'm cold...that's enough, Mom!"
It actually was chilly that morning and yes, I'm that crazy Mom that says...
"You're fine, just smile please!"

Here is her cute class on the "Introductory Day" where all the Moms come with their kiddos. They are talking about Mary Njeri, the sweet African girl that all the kids sponsor through Compassion International.

Just for fun...I wanted to see how much she has changed in one year.
She's really growing up on us!
