After 2.5 years of being married, I finally used the crock pot we received as a wedding gift! I believe this day is worthy of a blog post! I have wanted to use it for quite some time now, but it seemed too inconvenient to dig it out of the back corner of one of our only kitchen cupboards. I finally pushed through that "inconvenience" and made some crock pot chili! I must say...I am pretty proud of myself, the house smells absolutely glorious! The real test though will be tonight when we have it for dinner. I hope Gabe likes it!
So...my main reason for this post is to find out who else uses their crock pot! I would love for you to share some of your favorite crock pot recipes with me!! PLEASE!

Hey, it's funny you posted about your crock pot because just since having the baby I have been using mine like CRAZY! It's just so easy not to use it!

Isn't it fun to pull out wedding gifts that you haven't used? I just used my kitchen aid mixer (a wedding gift) for the first time a few months ago.
I have used my crock pot before but don't recall and recipes that I used. I know kraftfoods.com has some quick and easy ones.
Love this blog Ash - I am a huge fan of the crock pot! I feel like it is magic cooking because when I get home from work dinner is ready and waiting for us. I will email you 2 of our favorite recipes - and now we know to pass others along to each other in the future.
Ashley, send me your email and I will email some great ones to you! I've been experimenting with a bunch lately. It is great because I can make dinner during Jane's morning nap! I have some super EASY recipes. I'm so excited that Avery is crawling! How fun!! :) Enjoy it because once they walk it's like infancy is over!
