This little sweetie has a lot going on in her life right now. She has officially started crawling and she is on the MOVE! She seems to be so happy about her new freedom. It's so fun to watch her explore, but it has certainly made my job a bit busier!
She had her first ER experience this week. She came down with croup very quickly last Sunday night. She was struggling with her breathing so we decided it was best to get her in asap. I took her to the ER around midnight. She responded very well to the breathing treatments and steroid shot. Poor girly! Before heading to the ER we tried the steam in the bathroom, but it didn't seem to help. She is much better now thankfully! Just trying to get rid of the remaining crud in her sinuses.
She remains to be the happiest baby! What a JOY she is. Her first two teeth just popped through too and she is amazingly sweet as can be!

We had a very similar experience with Joseph when he was about that age. The steamy bathroom didn't work because I was so panicked. The ER doctor told us that cold air also works well. Joseph had a relapse a number of months later and we bundled him up and opened the window. It worked right away! Just something to keep in mind when croup strikes in winter!
